[edit] Free Trak APRS Encoder
Free Trak is an open source design APRS position encoder for the do it yourself builder. It consists of a PIC 16F628A micro, an op amp, voltage regulator and a couple of transistors. It has a built in serial configuration routine that only requires a terminal program to do the setup. It can transmit either conventional APRS packets or compressed mic-e position reports.
