This is used to set your output level, test the red and green diode lights on your Tracker2. If you toggle both the red and green, you get a yellow light on your Tracker2. You can tell this is a screen shot of a Tracker2 and not a T2-135 because the voltage and temperature do make sense. You can also send a test tone at either 1200 or 300 baud, and it can be either high or low.
